You get Tinamita from a tree. We climb the tree and get Tinamita and take it to the ground. We hit it with a rock and break it open. Inside is maku. We eat it.

It is a honey coloured grub. It tastes palya lingku, juicy and sweet like honey. Around the grub inside it is soft like coconut. Outside it is hard. We eat the soft white bit. It tastes like coconut. |
