• Day 1 2008 every MY student gets to school on time – busses or own transport
• Building works are completed
• Asset transfer & IT arrangements finalised
• Teacher transfers completed in time for teachers to prepare for the coming year
• Classes ready & fitted out with desks, chairs & relevant teaching materials
• Teachers are prepared with a program of work (collaborative planning and communities of practice)
• Canteen is stocked for student changes
• Busses arrive on time for transporting eligible students to their home suburb
• Focussing on change at a deeper cultural level
• Commence implementation of DEET’s ‘Accountability & Performance Improvement Framework’
