The Moil Primary School Student Enrolment Pack consists of three forms which must be completed upon enrolment of a new student to the school. These forms consist of the Student Enrolment Form, a Media Consent Form and a Use Agreement Form. * Please note that there are two versions of the Use Agreement Form, one for students in Transition to Year 3, and another for students in Year 4 to Year 6.
