Tribes

Is a nationally and internationally recognised social program.

nAt Ludmilla School we use the 4 Tribes agreements underpinned by the philosophy of ‘personal best’ to achieve these aims. The children are encouraged to work with others, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of collaboration. Tribes is also an anti-bullying program that promotes positive relationships both inside and outside of school. The 4 agreements are as follows
n

PERSONAL BEST: We will always try to do everything to the very best of our ability

nAPPRECIATIONS, NO PUT-DOWNS :  We will show others that we appreciate what they do for us and others.  We will not use put-downs.
nMUTUAL RESPECT:  We will show respect for the views and actions of others by the way we act towards others
nRIGHT TO PASS:  In group situations, if we feel uncomfortable participating, we can pass and have our turn later.
nATTENTIVE LISTENING:  We will give others the opportunity to speak and show them that we have listened and appreciated their point of view.
