Ltyentye Apurte Community Education Centre
The Ltyentye Apurte School provides education for the children at Santa Teresa.
The school is based in Santa Teresa, 80 kilometres south east of Alice Springs.
There are four parts of the school:
- Preschool
- Transition
- Primary Classes
- Secondary Class
The Principal of the school is Brother T. Glassick and the Assistant Principal is Imelda Palmer, they are responsible for the school. There are six teachers and three Assistant Teachers.
The parts the school uses are the art room, the library, the AV room, computer room and the shady area.
The special things we do at school are swimming and athletic carnivals, sport on Fridays, cultural visits, a horse course and work experience.
Senior students learn computer skills.
