Bulla Camp is situated on the Victoria Highway 340 km west of Katherine. It is an excision from Auvergne Station. The nearest urban centre is Kununurra, a distance of 170 km west of Bulla Camp along the Victoria Highway.
Bulla Camp is situated on the East Baines River and is close to the Victoria River and Gregory National Park. Bulla Camp School is a 3 teacher school with students ranging from Preschool to Year 7.
A mobile preschool pilot was established in 2002 in response to community requests for improved educational provision.
