The school's newsletter is issued fortnightly, usually on a Wednesday, and is sent home with the eldest child in each family, including Preschool. The newsletter contains information and news important to the operations of the school, together with celebrations of out successes and community news that may be of value or interest to parents.

Occasionally a situation arises where parents need to be informed of important information urgently. This note will be sent home on a different coloured paper for your attention. From time to time notices are sent home requiring parental approval (excursions, camps, performances, swimming etc.) Please deal with these promptly, as a note not returned will indicate a negative response.

Parents are always welcome at Driver Primary School and may contact individual teachers to arrange a suitable time to discuss matters of concern. Staff are available most afternoons except Tuesday (staff & unit meetings) from 3:00pm - 4:30pm for either phone or short personal interviews.
