The Arts
The Arts covers the areas of Dance, Drama, Music and Visual
Arts. Teachers provide a wide range of activities for all students with a
variety of equipment and resources to explore these key learning areas. This can
often be combined into other curriculum areas as well.
Music
A qualified music teacher visits our school weekly to conduct
instrumental lesson for those students interested, in years 5 and 6. Instruments
taught include, trumpet, saxophone, clarinet, flute and drums.
School Production
Each year at the end of Term 3, we hold our school
concert/production. All classes are involved from Pre-school to year 6 and it's
a great chance for students to work together and perform in front of a large
audience.
Visiting Performances
During the year visiting performers add to our Arts program.
