Course Outline:
This program aims to provide students with the opportunity to gain initial skills and competencies within the transport and distribution industries. It is proposed that students will focus on workplace calculations, communication, first aid, and use of workplace equipment such as infotechnology devices and a fork-lift.

This course will involve extensive industry visits.

Course Length: Full year (Semester 1 and 2) every Wednesday from 8.30am to 4.00pm. Enrolments only accepted in Semester 1.

Course Offered: At Charles Darwin University (CDU), Casuarina Campus

Prerequisite: Selection will be based on interview

Further Pathways: New Apprenticeships, higher level Certificates in the Transport and Distribution industry
