Course Outline:
This program aims to provide students with the opportunity to gain some initial skills and competencies within the broadcasting industry.
This qualification is designed to reflect the role of entry level employees working in radio broadcasting facilities who perform basic duties such as:
• assisting with production
• assisting with sound production
• preparing tapes for transmission
• assisting with recording (radio only)

Course Length: Full Year

Course Offered: Both Semester 1 and 2 at Darwin High School

Pre-requisite: Selection will be based on interview

Further Pathways: Certificate II, IV and Diploma in Broadcasting offered interstate
