Course Outline:
This course will develop job and personal skills required for those who
are interested in entering the Hospitality industry.
The course includes approximately three weeks of Structured Work Placement
(SWP).
Instruction and assessment of competencies will take place in an off-the-job
simulated work environment both practically and with written assignments.
Course Length: Full Year - one day per week (Wednesdays)
Prerequisite: Selection will be based on interview
