The College Council is an incorporated body under the Education Act. It has full responsibility for managing the College.
The Council is chaired by a parent, has elected representatives (10 parents, 2 staff, 2 students, 2 invited members, the Principal and Business Manager). The Council meets monthly in the College Library. Parents, guardians and students are encouraged to attend meetings. Sub-committees such as Finance, Building & Grounds, Publicity & Marketing, Strategic Planning meet regularly. The Council is also entitled to nominate three COGSO representatives.
Day to day management of school resources is undertaken by the Business Manager, within the annual budget and policy guidelines approved by the College Council. The Business Manager acts as Secretary and Treasurer to the Council but has no voting rights.
