Casuarina Senior College is a Registered Training Organisation. As a result it is required to comply with standards under the Australian Qualification Training Framework. We recognise and accept the credentials issued by other Registered Training Organisations based in any State/Territory of Australia.
We expect that all other Registered Training Organisations recognise and accept credentials issued by this College.

Assessment in VET

• Students must complete all the elements in the individual competencies to be awarded a Certificate.
• Students who cannot demonstrate competency when first assessed will have the opportunity to improve their skills before being assessed again.
• Students who successfully complete individual competencies will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for each competency
• All assessment is competency based.
• Students may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning.
• Credit indicated is the maximum available for completion of all units in a course.
