School Choirs The Younger Choir is for students from Years 2 and 3. The Older Choir is for students from Years 4 to 6. The Choirs have the opportunities to perform at school assemblies and community events. Students from the Older Choir may be selected to participate in such events as the BEAT which is a major production involving many Darwin and Palmerston Schools and/or the Christmas Angels which is by invitation to sing on the radio at Christmas time. Choir is a fun, friendly and fulfilling activity in which students can participate and feel proud of their performances and of the skills they develop as singers.
