Levies must be paid
by team members at a time prior to the event, as specified
by the team manager.
Flights must be paid
for at least one month prior to the departure date. All levies
must be paid at least two weeks prior to the event
so that they can be checked and sent to the Cluster Administration
officer for banking. It is however preferable that these be
paid at the same time as airfares. School Sport NT will deduct
these monies from the Cluster Account prior to the event.
If the levies are not paid, the students are unable to participate.
Levies may include the following, but each team manager has a budget
to work to so please check the final amount with YOUR SPORT team
officials:
Participation Levy for
Exchange events $65.00 (Includes Lunches during the exchange)
Participation Levy for
Championships events $45.00 (Canteen provided but
students buy their own lunches)
Arnhem Cluster Playing
Shirt Hire Fee $5.00
Arnhem Cluster Travel
Shirts are $30.00. It is desirable that all teams travel in these
shirts.
Arnhem Cluster Bucket
Hats are $10.00
First Aid Levy $5.00
Morning Tea Levy $5.00
(fruit etc supplied by team manager during event)
First Aid and Morning
Tea Levies are not set in concrete and are usually set by team
managers.
Travel Expenses will vary from event to event. Students will either
Fly or go up on a bus. |
